Who runs this site

When you buy something

Checkout happens on Square's secure payment page. Square collects your name, email, payment details, and, if you choose shipping, your address, and it shares the order with me so I can fill it. I never see or store your full card number. Square handles that information under its own privacy notice.

When you send a commission request

The form sends me your name, email, your description of the piece, and the timeline and budget if you give them. It arrives as an email, and you get a copy as a confirmation. I use it only to talk with you about the commission. It isn't stored on the site, except that if your confirmation email fails to send, your address is noted in the site's error log until newer entries replace it.

When you leave a review

Your name, rating, review, what you bought, and any photos you add are published on the reviews page. Your email is never shown and isn't stored on the site. It's sent only to me, so I can write to you about your review. I'll take a review down any time you ask.

What's collected automatically

The site doesn't use advertising trackers or tracking cookies, and it doesn't run analytics scripts in your browser.

Cloudflare, which hosts the site, keeps request logs and traffic statistics on its servers: which pages were visited and when, and details like your IP address, browser, and approximate location. I use them to see how the site is doing and to fix problems. The detailed logs are kept for a short time; the statistics are kept as totals.

Your browser keeps your cart, your choice of shipping or pickup, and your light or dark mode setting on your own device. The cart is sent to Square only when you check out.

To keep spam out, the forms use your IP address. The commission form counts requests from each address for up to two hours, and the review form does the same for up to two days. The review form also uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person is sending it.

Like any web host, the services that deliver the site see your IP address and browser details when you visit: Cloudflare serves the pages, Square serves the product photos, and Google Fonts serves the fonts.

Who else sees your information

Only the services that run the shop, each for its own part: Square for payments and orders, Cloudflare for hosting, logs, and the spam check, Resend for sending the site's emails, and Google for fonts. I don't sell or rent your information, and I don't share it for advertising.

How long it's kept

Order records are kept as long as I need them for taxes and bookkeeping. Commission and review emails stay in my inbox until I delete them. Published reviews stay up until you ask me to remove them.

Your choices

You can ask me what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email me and I'll take care of it, apart from records the law requires me to keep.

This site isn't meant for children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, I'll update it here and change the date at the top.
