Shipping and returns.
How your order gets to you, and what happens if something isn't right.
Shipping
Orders ship within the United States for a flat $8. By default I'll use USPS Ground or equivalent. If you need a piece more quickly, send me an email and I'll do my best.
In-stock, non-customized orders typically ship within a day or two. If I'm out of town it may take longer - I'll let you know via email if that's the case.
Local pickup
Pickup in Madison, Wisconsin is free. Choose "Pick up" in the cart and I'll email you to set a time.
Returns and refunds
If you're unhappy with a purchase for any reason, you can return it within 60 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange. That goes for pieces that arrive damaged or defective and for ones that just aren't what you hoped for.
Pieces should come back new or only slightly used. Email me first, then send the item back by mail. Return shipping is up to you, and there's no restocking fee. I'll send your refund within 5 days of getting the item back.
