How it works

  1. Tell me the idea

    Send the form with what you have in mind, even if it's rough.

  2. Collaboration

    I almost always reply as soon as I get a request, and we can start chatting about ideas. If it's relevant, I might send you a design or mockup. Please let me know ASAP if you have any timeline needs, and I'll work with you.

  3. Deposit

    There's no flat deposit amount. If your request needs a deposit, I'll work with you on it. Paid securely through Square.

  4. Making

    You'll get progress photos along the way. A dice set that uses my standard numbers takes 2 to 4 weeks. An in-stock wood product with a custom engraving takes about a week. For anything else, it really depends on the request.

  5. Delivery

    Shipped in the US or picked up in Madison.

Good to know

I reserve the right to politely decline a commission based on my availability and the complexity of the request.

You're responsible for legally obtaining any artwork you ask me to use. I won't reuse artwork that's sent to me unless I legally obtain it myself.

I'll do my best to get your approval before I use any expensive material. If a revision has to happen after that point, I reserve the right to charge the price of the material for the revision.

If you're unsatisfied with the finished piece, I'll gladly refund you. I'm more concerned that you're happy with what you get than with the price of the product.
